The challenge / opportunity
Venue, transport, hospitality, security, performers, technical production and guest movement had to meet in one tightly coordinated experience—including visits by royal, VVIP and internationally recognised guests.
The thinking / approach
As Site Project Manager in AlUla, Walid coordinated site requirements for royal and VVIP visits, including guests Lionel Richie, Andrea Bocelli and the late Shinzo Abe. His verified roles on Sounds of Khaybar were Project Manager and Stage Manager, connecting teams and calling the live sequence without claiming authorship of every spatial element.
